No, it’s not a typo.  Well, I thought it was a typo as I was doing my weekly mind dump journaling and then I said - hey, wait a minute…This absolutely works!

Authentivity;  where the authenticity OF you meets the creativity IN you.

Welcome to a 5 Day exploration of what this means, or could mean, FOR you.

What do you need for this course?

Just you.

Something you can write in,  or type on.  It can be as formal or ritualistic as you like.  Or it can be on sticky notes,  a white board,  on your notes pad in an app - YOU decide.  It’s YOUR authenticity and YOUR creativity right now.

Rule #1:  There are no rules.

Rule #2:  There is no right or wrong, just choices.  Don’t like the choice? Make another one.

Rule #3:  There is no value judgment.  When you feel it creep in,  release it.  Quickly.  There is no room for it here. 

Rule #4:  There are no rules

If you can,  come into your space and ground a bit first.  It doesn’t have to be for long.  Just enough to clear the cobwebs to create room for YOU.  I will take you through a short grounding exercise each day via video should you decide it is helpful.  If you have your own ritual, use it.  Again,  no rules,  just tools to try.

Follow the prompts,  see where it leads you.  If you feel resistance (and you might!) lean into it. If you don’t wanna do it,  don’t push.  

Wherever you are,  be there.  Just honor yourself in the exploration.
