It’s another Sunday…

What are you doing?

What are you learning?

What are you actualizing?

Give yourself a little grace. Give yourself permission to breathe. To stop & rest. To lean into and against the wall, instead of hitting it.

Your journey continues no matter what.

Your artistic energy fires up and releases no matter the venue.

And if you are tired, it’s okay.

If you are worn out, it’s okay.

If you don’t have the energy, it’s okay.

What are you doing? Learning? Actualizing?

Self-awareness, self-discovery, permission FOR SELF is crucial right now, and onward. These are all actions, just sitting here, thinking.

You don’t have to DO anything WITH these actions to make them real.

When you feel energized, inspired, and motivated, you will fire back up and into something else.

Recognizing where you are, how you feel, what is possible and what you simply need to put down is crucial in giving yourself a little grace.

Self-grace allows permission to recognize, and honor, who you are and where you are, right now. Permission to be.

Be gentle with you; exhale; simply be. Give yourself a little grace to embrace that.

I’m learning it right along side of you…

with fondness & fierceness,

Susan
