What is micro-practicing?

And is it effective? Would it be effective for me? Why would I do that?

Nobody has hours a day to practice. Do you tend to be an all or nothing practicer? Or try to cram everything into your lunch break and nothing feels right/good/in control? Do you dread not having enough time so you just don’t bother? Do you leave a session exhausted and frustrated because you tried to do too much, or didn’t warm up enough to get comfortable?
